Does the HCG diet work?
Yes, it does and here is why. A low calorie diet used in combination with a hormone known as HCG can cause weight loss that is quick, easy and safe. HCG combined with a low calorie diet (1,000 to 1,250 calories) notifies the body to signal the hypothalamus to release accumulated fat that has built up in the body. The additional calories to help fuel your body is taken from the already stored fat. The already built up fat that has accumulated is in reality stored energy.
